Preparing For Your Pickup/Delivery

Please review the order confirmation that was emailed to you when you placed your order and confirm that your contact telephone number (and address if you placed a delivery order) have been entered correctly, so that we can reach you. Please contact us at least 24 hours in advance if there is an error. Please check your spam folder if you do not see your order confirmation email. 
All orders are final; no cancellations or refunds may be accepted after an order has been placed/paid.

Please note that all hot items are prepared to be reheated at home.

Pickup Orders
Please note that all pickup times are estimated and you will be contacted when your order is almost ready to be picked up. Your order is not ready until you have been contacted; please do not arrive before we contact you. All pickups are curbside:

• When you arrive for your curbside pickup, please pull to the bottom of the driveway adjacent to the restaurant and park in a spot at the back of the parking lot, so as not to block others trying to enter/exit....
• Once parked, call us at (516) 625-2566 and tell us you've arrived. Give us the model & color of your vehicle, as well as the number you are calling from.
• We will call you back when the order is ready to go out the door and ask you to pull to the top of the driveway (please open your trunk if you would like the order there).
• Our team will bring your order out and load it into your car for you! 

We appreciate your help in facilitating our pickup process. We do our best to make this as quick as possible, however we ask that you anticipate being with us for approximately 10-15 mins. 
We greatly appreciate your patience & understanding!

Delivery Orders

All deliveries will be made within the window provided (typically 12-4pm), regardless of the time entered. Deliveries are based on orders received and location. We are unable to honor or guarantee specific time requests. Thank you for understanding!
